Department 30-Jun-2010... Exemption from OPD is no longer available for new enrolments. For those lucky enough to have enrolled prior, there is a simple process you need to follow to ensure you gain the full exemption. Please contact training@celebrantstraining.com.au for the exact details. "It is not necessary to have commenced or completed the Certificate IV in Celebrancy (or equivalent university qualification) before 1 July 2010. The Regulations require a person to have enrolled in that qualification before 1 July 2010. This will ensure that those marriage celebrants (or aspiring marriage celebrants) who have enrolled in a Certificate IV in Celebrancy are not disadvantaged." |
